The first mining license of ore rare earth elements was issued

The CEO of “Tajli” Company announced the issuance of the first mining license of ore rare earth elements.

Morteza Ali Akbari, who was talking to reporters after the 14% value increase of “Tajali” shares since the beginning of the year in the OTC and on the eve of the annual general meeting, explained: Tajali Development of Mines and Metals Company as a leader in the field of extraction and processing of rare earth elements, production of monazite concentrate and related oxides such as lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, europium, gadolinium, dispersium, etc, It has been actively and effectively entered in this field because the growing trend, the importance of rare earth elements in global reports and regional surveys, is fully evident in recent years.

He answered the question about the importance of receiving this license and what are its medium and long-term effects: These elements are necessary and practical for advanced technologies. The examination of the global markets of these elements shows that the limitation or failure to estimate the demand by the suppliers will be the main factor of the package of these elements in the near future and has turned these elements into materials with the highest economic importance and the highest supply risk.

As in 2021, the most important importers of rare earth elements are the United States, China, Japan, Philippines and Germany. These countries are highly dependent on these elements due to the production of magnets, catalysts, batteries and advanced industries.

He stated that according to the conditions of supply and demand of these elements and also considering the high potential of Iran, “Tajali” company, as the first project-oriented holding company, put the exploration and utilization of monazite mines on its agenda: By purchasing mineral zones and carrying out specialized explorations, valuable reserves have been obtained.

Subsequently, with the successful experimental production of monazite concentrate, a step has been taken towards the semi-industrial production of these valuable products, and the issuance of the first exploitation license in the country and the Middle East region under the name of “Tajali” company is a reconfirmation of the correct choice of this path. It is worth mentioning that with the completion of the studies and cooperation with Danesh Banyan Co., there will be bright days for its shareholders.
