Extraordinary general meeting of Tajali Metals and Mines Development with the subject of 38% capital increase and with the presence of 95% of the shareholders from the ground of current demands and the cash contributions was held on Esfand the 20th in 1402 in Talash Conference Hall.

According to the public relations report of Tajali Co., in this meeting, after the election of Mr. Dr. Ghaemi Rad as the chairman of the assembly and Mr. Afshin Ahmadi Louyeh and Amir Gholami as supervisors, Mr. Dr. Morteza Ali Akbari, the CEO of the company, gave a report regarding the progress of projects and plans under operation.

In this assembly, the capital increase of Tajali Company from 6,200 billion tomans to 8,600 billion tomans from the shareholders’ demands and the cash contributions  in order to compensate for the expenses incurred for the acquisition of investments, compensation for the expenses incurred for participation in the capital increase of investable companies, participation in the ongoing capital increase of investable companies was approved.

While thanking and appreciating the cooperation of real and legal shareholders and answering their questions, the CEO of Tajali explained the plans that are going to be carried out after the capital increase and also stated that this company has five lithium mines in South Khorasan and is currently exploring. New mines are in this area.

It was also announced that currently the total value of the projects in which Tajali participates, reaches 105 thousand billion Tomans, and Tajali’s share in these projects is equal to 23 thousand billion Tomans.

The wire rod project of Sarmad Steel Company of Abarkoh (one of Tajali’s sub-categories), which was scheduled to be produced in Ordibehesht of next Iranian year, has started its trial production in the past few days. Compared to steel bar, the price of wire rod is higher and it has an export aspect for this company, and this project is considered one of the strong point of Tajali.
